* feat(spaces): accept address book items when adding Safes (WA-3721)

POST /v1/spaces/:spaceId/safes takes optional addressBookItems and writes
them to the space address book once the Safes are committed. The upsert
encrypts through KMS, so it runs after the seat-locked insert rather than
inside it. A failed name write after the Safes were added answers 502.

* feat(spaces): write Safes and their names in one transaction (WA-3721)

The address book upsert now runs inside the Safe insert's transaction, so
a failed name write rolls back the Safes too and the request fails with a
plain 500 instead of the earlier 502 partial state. The names' KMS
encryption now runs while the seat lock is held.
