feat: check the current week's forwarding against Tamar (#79)

The Rota Calendar gets a "Check Tamar forwarding" button. It appears when
Tamar offers tamar/find_huntgroup and is enabled only while the current
week is shown. It reads Tamar's "Forward Week N" for the current week
through GET trusted/v1/forwarding-check, compares it with the week's rota,
and shows a notice: success when they match, a warning when the group is
missing or different (listing each difference), and an error when Tamar
cannot be read. Nothing in Tamar is changed.

HuntgroupComparison compares only where calls go: day, window, destination
and whether the row is on. Labels, timeouts and row order are ignored. Any
voicemail box counts as voicemail, and numbers are compared by their
digits, with +44 read as 0.

The current-Monday calculation moves from Assets to Support\Week so the
endpoint and the calendar agree on which week is current.
