Merge pull request #24 from FAIRmat-NFDI/fix/ignore-mapper-m-def-slot

The slot was unkeyed state on schema definitions shared by all parser
plugins, consumed destructively by whichever parser built its mappers
first - one plugin's `m_def=` annotation (orca) stripped other parsers'
polymorphic subsections (FHI-aims lost `KSpace)`, order-dependently.
`m_def=` support is unaffected: the re-targeted keyed annotation already
carries the mapping through the polymorphic scan.

Adds regression tests: per-key resolution, legacy-slot inertness and
non-mutation, exhaustive layout x slot x order matrix.
