🍕 Discard a browserify cache written by another claycli version

Non-minified builds replay unchanged modules from browserify-cache.json
exactly as they were compiled, so after an upgrade a warm cache kept
emitting the old absolute service requires until each file changed.
Stamp the cache with the claycli version and empty it when the version
differs. Minified builds never use the cache and are unaffected.
