v0.4.1: fix KeyError 'values' when a FlexMeasures ≥ v1.0.0 schedule takes more than an instant (#31)

* fix: poll for the schedule while FlexMeasures reports an unfinished job

Since FlexMeasures v1.0.0, polling a scheduling job that has not finished returns HTTP 202 with the job status.
flexmeasures-client 0.9.3 took that status payload for the schedule, so trigger_and_get_schedule failed with KeyError: 'values'.
Client 0.9.4 polls again on a 202; pin 0.9.5 and release as v0.4.1.

The new test mocks the HTTP layer instead of the client method, so it exercises the client's polling and fails on 0.9.3.

* dev: build pre-commit hook environments on Python 3.14, as CI does

Otherwise pre-commit uses whichever Python runs it, and mypy on an older Python cannot parse the integration's 3.14 syntax.
