docs: hydration tracking run — known limitations

Document the two ways work escapes the hydration tracking run: a non-fake
await before a request sends a real, discarded duplicate (including the
server-function client when prepareRequest or the argument codec is in
use), and caches must not keep promises created during the run. Clarify
that "server" mode computes are traced on the client, not re-run.
