fix: return null dimensions for an SVG with no readable size

An SVG whose size can't be read reported 0x0, while a file that is not
an image now reports null. Align both on null.

The size is unknown when the root is not an <svg>, or when there is no
usable viewBox and no absolute width and height. A viewBox that is not
four numbers or has no positive size is ignored, as the SVG spec says,
and width/height are read instead. Width and height are only read when
unitless or in px: a percentage or an em says nothing about the
intrinsic size (100% used to be read as 100).
