Show the page title in HTML overlays and add chromeless pages (#678)

* feat(overlay): show the page title and add chromeless HTML pages

The strip over an HTML overlay shows the page's <title> dimmed after the
file name or URL origin. The source stays as its own label because the
page controls its title.

session overlay open --html FILE --chromeless hides the strip, so a
dashboard fills its session or split pane. URL pages keep the strip,
since the origin label is what says whose content it is, and the flag
is refused with --navigation, whose buttons live in the strip.

A page opened with --js could consume the close_session shortcut before
the menu saw it: WebKit reports a cancelled keydown as handled. A
chromeless page was then left without its keyboard close. The key
monitor now runs the existing close action while a page holds focus,
following a rebound chord.

* fix(overlay): decode page nodes without chromeless as false

chromeless was a required Bool with a synthesized decoder. agtermctl
and RemoteTree decode every reply, so a newer CLI against an app that
was deployed but not restarted, or against an older attached Mac, failed
tree with keyNotFound while any page was open. Decode it with
decodeIfPresent and default to false, as ControlHudNode.markdown does.

Also move the navigate finder line in the agterm skill back under the
--navigation bullet it belongs to.
