fix(post): pass WordPress format arguments to date and time filters

Post::date(), time(), modified_date() and modified_time() default their
format argument to null and passed it as is to the WordPress filters.
WordPress passes an empty string, so a filter that type-hints
`string $format` threw a TypeError when Timber called it.

Also pass the post object Timber already holds to the modified date and
time filters instead of fetching it again with get_post(), so the four
filters behave the same way.
