Write test output into a temporary directory

The slice tests wrote into tests/test_taffmat_files, rewriting two tracked
files there on every run, and test_writing_different_dataset_filename
wrote into whatever directory pytest was started from. The writing and
voice memo tests used the fixtures directory too, relying on a tearDown
that a failure before it would skip. Every test that writes now does so
into a directory of its own from _output_directory, removed through
addCleanup however the test ends.

test_slice_output_taffmat.dat and .hdr were output rather than fixtures,
read by nothing but the run that had just written them, and shipped in
the sdist all the same. They are removed.
