pnpm 11.24.0 ships no darwin-x64 native binary, so the version switch
fails on Intel Macs.

* fix: hold scroll position through keyed item mutations

A keyed mutation that moved items to new indexes (prepend, front trim,
insert, reorder) reconciled the measurement cache but never compensated
scroll, so the viewport kept its pixel offset while the rows above it
changed. In the new fixture a 20-row prepend or trim moved the item being
read by 1979-2000px, and an end-pinned list stopped following an
append + trim at constant count (735px short).

The identity effect now runs before the DOM updates ($effect.pre): the
anchor is captured from the rendered pre-mutation list and the
pre-mutation cache, re-targeted at the index its key lands on, and
restored through the existing anchor path, so the following render
derives its window from consistent offsets in one pass.

Decisions:
- A removed anchor hands its slot to the next surviving item (then the
  nearest preceding one), so the gap closes under the reader.
- At the start nothing is anchored, matching platform scroll anchoring:
  content added above shows.
- At the end the view stays pinned, except for lists with onLoadMore,
  where re-pinning after each page would skip it and request the next.
- A plain append still does not follow; that is unchanged.

tests/other/scroll-compensation.spec.ts asserts the fixture's own stats
