feat: store session in keychain instead of async storage

- Save session in react-native-keychain with in-memory cache
- Migrate existing AsyncStorage session on first read and clean leftovers
- Add react-native-keychain 10.0.0 as peer and dev dependency
- Add session tests and keychain mock
- Update changelog
