Update README on building, unit tests and coverage

make also needs gcc: it builds and runs the unit tests before the firmware.
Fix the path to the unit tests of a module and describe coverage-project,
coverage.xml, COVERAGE_SKIP_RUN, how the code lines are counted and the
report of one module.
