* test(search-helper): add unit tests

Add unit tests for `tools/search-helper` covering the documented behavior, and fix the issues the
tests surfaced.

* refactor(search-helper): use a NUL index id separator

An index id was `0#anchor` for a section and `0@1` for a custom field, but `#`\nand `@` can both show up in an anchor, e.g. an explicit heading id `{#a@b}`.\nDetecting the kind and splitting the id therefore had to keep only the first\nseparator, and `buildSearchResults` still treated an anchor holding `@` as a\ncustom field.\n\nSeparate the page id and the kind marker with a NUL instead, which can never\nshow up in an anchor because markdown-it replaces every NUL of the source with\nU+FFFD. An index id can then be split on it without escaping, and `parseIndexId`\nreturns the kind so that every consumer uses the same parser.\n\nThe snapshots show the separator as `<nul>` to stay readable text files.
