fix(server): keep the resource path of an advertised endpoint URL

parseOpcTcpUrl now returns the URL path; an advertised endpoint uses its
own path, falling back to the server-wide resourcePath. The dedupe
against the main endpoints compares host, port and path, so a URL that
differs only by its path is no longer dropped. A lone trailing slash
means no path.

Also strip the brackets of an IPv6 literal before classifying it for
the certificate SAN, otherwise it landed in dNSName.
