Switch to the maintained @dr.pogodin/react-native-fs fork [CAP-3564]

The original [`react-native-fs`](https://www.npmjs.com/package/react-native-fs) package is no longer maintained. This PR switches the library to the maintained fork, [`@dr.pogodin/react-native-fs`](https://www.npmjs.com/package/@dr.pogodin/react-native-fs).

Changes:
- Replace the `react-native-fs` dependency with `@dr.pogodin/react-native-fs`.
- Move it from `dependencies` to `peerDependencies` so native modules would be installed by the host app.
- Update imports and Jest mocks to the new package name.
- Bump the version to 1.5.0.

This PR supersedes #13 and the `planitar/osergiienko/DA-2077-NullPointer-OnAndroidReject` branch. Those 6 commits did not change the library code. They only pointed the `react-native-fs` dependency at the PlanitarInc fork to pick up its fixes. Upstream `@dr.pogodin/react-native-fs` 2.36.2 already contains those fixes, except one Android large-file read fix, which the iGuide app now carries as a patch. So all 6 commits are obsolete.
