Regenerate Groth16 verifiers from current snarkjs template

Regenerate the AuthV2, MTP, Sig, StateTransition and V3 verifiers with
the snarkjs 0.7.5 template, matching the other verifiers in the repo.
Verification keys are unchanged (taken from the existing contracts and
cross-checked against the circuits' verification_key.json).

Template changes picked up:
- checkField validates public signals against the scalar field r
- no checkField on the word past _pubSignals
- pragma >=0.7.0

Add tests that each verifier rejects public signals outside the
scalar field.
