chore(deps): bump sharp, ip-address and undici in the root lockfile (#1323)

Applies Dependabot's #1316 (sharp 0.35.5), #1318 (ip-address 10.7.2) and
#1319 (undici 6.29.0 in packages/common, 8.11.2 under fetch-socks)
together. Dependabot's regenerated root lockfiles dropped
git-raw-commits/node_modules/conventional-commits-filter from the lerna
subtree, so npm ci failed and every install-based check failed (#1106).

This lockfile changes only the 31 entries for those packages and sharp's
platform binaries, keeping main's lerna entries and libc fields, and
passes npm ci --dry-run.
