* feat(mcp): add resolve_import tool for exact symbol import paths

  Add a resolve_import tool that returns the exact import statements for one or more symbols, grouped by module, across all four frameworks. This covers the common "has no exported member" / "cannot find module" errors caused by guessed Ignite UI import paths.

* fix(mcp): build Angular import map from published package, harden resolve_import input

* Update notes for component registration instructions
