perf: reduce parser and constructor overhead without API changes (#200)

* Avoid unused key scans and repeated object error copies

* Reuse common constructor option schemas and skip empty option parsing

* Remove quadratic tuple lookup and collection error accumulation

* Reuse compiled built-in regex patterns by source and flags

* Count string graphemes once for paired length bounds

* Skip empty constraint and effect loops

* Parse arrays without materializing indexed inputs

* perf: apply maintainer feedback to parser optimizations
