Add Ctrl shortcut and modifier handling to the mobile driver

Make the mobile driver consume the modifier information that the
keyboard events now carry, matching the desktop driver behaviour:

- Map key.Modifiers to fyne.KeyModifier and map the modifier key
  codes (Shift/Ctrl/Alt/Super) to their desktop key names.
- Forward KeyDown/KeyUp to desktop.Keyable widgets so Entry can
  track the Shift state for cursor-based text selection.
- Dispatch shortcuts via fyne.Shortcutable.TypedShortcut for the
  built-in combos (Ctrl+A/C/V/X/Z/Y, Shift+Insert/Delete) and a
  desktop.CustomShortcut for everything else, which enables
  Ctrl+Backspace word deletion and Ctrl+Shift+Left/Right word
  selection in Entry.
