feat!: v7 — runes-native core and plugin contract (#335)

* docs(plans): v7 runes-core batch (six plans + index)

Advisor output for the v7 rewrite: a design spike, the core and plugin
contract rewrite, the four DOM-driven plugins, routes/bench/e2e, docs with
the migration guide, and release preparation. Plan 001 is re-stamped to
this branch's base and marked in progress for dispatch.

* spike(v7): getter-based view model and memo-free component (plan 001)

Throwaway spike under src/routes/test/v7-spike with the seven mechanism
tests, an SSR probe page and a perf-bench renderer (?renderer=spike). The
report in .agents/.plans/v7-runes-core records the decisions plan 002 reads:
memo-free components, the ownership rule for view models, and the three
plugin patterns. Nothing under src/lib changes.

* feat(core)!: runes view model, getter-based plugin contract, 11 plugins (plan 002)

BREAKING CHANGE: the store API is gone. `createTable` takes an array or a
getter; `vm.current.*` and `cell.current.*` are the only surface; plugin
state is exposed as Box / ReadonlyBox / RecordSet / ArraySet; plugins take
and return getters and live in add*.svelte.ts. Subscribe, utils/store,
createRender event handlers and the Readable render inputs are removed.

Parked until plans 003/004 (see .agents/.plans/v7-runes-core/PARKED.md):
addGroupBy, addSelectedRows, addResizedColumns, addVirtualScroll and their
tests under src/lib/plugins/_parked; src/routes and Playwright.
