idl/datamodel_errors: Add missing error descriptions (#7266)

The initial version of this PR tried to drop the errors that were unused
in OCaml code. Since the error list from `master` is designed to
accomodate old xapi versions, it's not safe to remove unused errors.
Additionally, some errors are produced by Python scripts which would not
be caught during compilation.

Instead just document the missing errors in `idl/datamodel_errors`.
