Clear the read cache before asserting on the real license table

The mock-based tests above populate _read_cache through a patched
open_datafile while stat_datafile still keys on the real file, so
without a clear this test got the mock dict back and passed without
ever touching the datafile. Same one-line hardening for the older
key-ending-in-x test, which my mock tests had made order-dependent.
