fix(docs): upgrade docs-kit to 2026.9.10 for working llms.txt links (#210)

* fix(docs): upgrade docs-kit to 2026.9.10 for working llms.txt links

docs-kit 2026.9.10 writes each doc mirror at its route path, so the
/docs/<section>/<page>.md links in llms.txt resolve instead of 404ing.

* fix(docs): allow docs-kit 2026.9.10 build in workspace allowBuilds

The allowBuilds entry is keyed by the resolved docs-kit tarball commit,
so it has to follow the tag bump or the prepare script won't run.
