docs: add an animated walkthrough of credential presentation verification (#1303)

* docs: add an animated explainer of credential presentation verification

A Remotion composition (about 2m20s, 1080p) that walks through issuance,
challenge, response, the five checks a presented credential must pass,
one-to-one request pairing, and verification as of a past time, as
specified in Keymaster service spec sections 9.3 and 9.4. Captions
carry the narration. Rendered output stays out of git.

* docs: make the credential verification explainer a canvas walkthrough

Replaces the Remotion project with a self-contained page in the style of
presentations/how-archon-works.html: the animation is drawn live on a
canvas, with captions, chapters, a transcript and keyboard controls,
and needs no build or rendered video. Linked from the docs index.

* docs: hide the walkthrough play button while playing

The button's `display: grid` overrode the browser's `[hidden]` rule, so
the button stayed over the animation while playing and clicking it did
nothing. Hide it explicitly when the attribute is set.
