fix: resolve nested schema paths prefixed with a workspace folder name

relativeToAbsolutePath() split the path on the separator, dropped the
workspace folder name and joined the rest back with Array.join(), which
uses a comma. A yaml.schemas key like "project-a/schemas/schema.json"
was resolved to "project-a/schemas,schema.json".
