feat: let another plugin sign a device in through Fellowship's browser leg (#34)

Adds Fellowship\Auth\IdentityBroker, so another plugin (Freedom) can get a
Google-verified address, or accept a live Link enrolment, without a second
copy of the OAuth classes and without any change to Google's console.

The two rules the browser leg hard-coded for Link - redirect only to
link://auth, issue a code only to a member - move into a SignInAudience.
Link's is LinkAudience and behaves exactly as before; another plugin
registers its own on fellowship/loaded.

- StateStore and DeviceCodeStore record the audience and an opaque
  context. A code is issued for one audience and refused, and spent, by
  every other. Records written before audiences existed read as Link's,
  so sign-ins in flight across the deploy still finish.
- IdentityBroker::begin()/redeem() run the browser leg for another
  audience; sessionFor()/isLive() let it accept a Link device token in
  place of a second sign-in and stop when that enrolment stops.
- CurrentDevice::resolveToken() factors the bearer lookup out of
  resolve() so the broker can use it without a request.
- README: "Signing in on behalf of another plugin", with the must-agree
  list of classes Freedom now depends on.
