opt: combine a constant add or sub into the next one (#404)

Fold (x + c1) + c2 and (x - c1) - c2 when the signed sum fits and nothing
between the operations writes x or the constant. va_start, va_arg, and
va_copy store through the list without defining it, so the fold and load
forwarding both keep the value from before the list operation.
