feat: install dependencies with upm (#82)

* feat: install dependencies with upm

Replace spawning pnpm/npm with upm's in-process add(). No package
manager is needed on PATH anymore, and a warm install of an extra
dependency takes ~100ms.

- seed package.json in the install dir, since add() needs one
- pass minReleaseAge: 0 so @latest resolves regardless of npm config
- dedupe specs by package name (explicit version wins over latest);
  upm rejects a name given twice, pnpm did not

upm cannot install one name twice, so each pin is installed under its own name. When another package already brought in that same version, the bundle points the alias at that copy.

Both operators were replaced with a hyphen, so foo@^1.0.0 and foo@~1.0.0
installed under one name and upm rejected the duplicate.

foo@1.0.0-2.0.0 and foo-1.0.0@2.0.0 both became foo-1.0.0-2.0.0.
The alias now starts with the name length, so the boundary is unique.

Both branches transformed the snippet and created the tmpdir.
Any dependency does that once, then an install runs only when one is still needed.
