* Reader Word2007: Read the size, position and wrapping of an image

The reader gave every image the size of its pixels, as points, and no
position or wrapping, so a document read and saved again changed the
size of its images and put floating ones inline.

The reader now reads the style of a VML v:shape (width, height,
margins, wrap distances, mso-position-*, position, w10:wrap, and
z-index for a shape behind or in front of the text), and of a
DrawingML wp:inline or wp:anchor (wp:extent, dist*, wp:positionH and
wp:positionV with their align or posOffset, the wrap element, and
behindDoc), into the Style\Image properties the writer writes from.
