* feat: add collaborator scenes tab and gate the storage env tab

- add self-scoped GET /collaborator client, CollaboratorScene types and a paginated discovery hook
- surface a Collaborations tab on the storage select page (worlds + Genesis City, load-more, realm chip)
- hide the env tab in collaborator access context, since env is owner/deployer only
- add en plus es/fr/zh/ko/ja translations for the new strings

* fix: address review feedback on the collaborator scenes tab

* feat: auto-load collaborator scenes on scroll instead of a load more button

The collaborations tab already accumulated offset pages into one RTK Query
cache entry and drove them through usePaginatedQuery, but it was the only
paginated surface in the app that still needed a click. Wire the shared
useInfiniteScrollSentinel to it, the same way /places and the community
Members/Events lists work.

The endpoint still paginates at 20 per page; only the trigger changed. The
sentinel takes isFetchingMore as its isLoading, which keeps the observer
disarmed while a page is in flight so it cannot skip an offset.

Drops component.storage.select_page.load_more from all six locales and adds
the first SelectPage spec, covering all three tabs.

* fix: add the missing has-name places empty state to fr, ja, ko and zh

#842 shipped profile.places.empty_owner_has_name_subtitle in en and es only,
so npm run lint:i18n fails on master. Those four locales fell back to the
English string.

Translations follow the tone and terminology of the sibling
empty_owner_subtitle in each file, keeping NAME and World as proper nouns.
They are agent-provided and would benefit from a native-speaker review.

* test: read currentData in the SelectPage query mocks

The rebase onto master picked up #843, which switched usePaginatedQuery and
getContributableDomains to currentData so a cache entry from the previous
account cannot paint. The mocks still... (continued)
