fix(quat,mat): add missing glam_assert and correct panic docs (#882)

Fixes from the `glam_assert!` panic-doc audit:

- Add the missing `glam_assert!(self.is_normalized())` to
`Quat::mul_vec3a` and its `# Panics`, matching `mul_vec3`/`Mul<Vec3>`.
SIMD backends were silently skipping it.
- Remove the stale `# Panics` from `Quat::mul_quat` and `impl Mul for
Quat`. The asserts were removed in 0.29.1 but the docs were never
updated; quaternion products may be non-normalized.
- Add `# Panics` to `Mat4::transform_point3a`/`transform_vector3a`,
matching `transform_point3`/`transform_vector3`, and fix a typo.
- Correct `Mat4::perspective_infinite_{lh,rh}` docs that mentioned a
nonexistent `z_far`.
- Correct the private `inverse_checked` panic doc (asserts the result is
finite, not just `det != 0`).
