Test the actual outcome instead of reader.IsClosed

The IsClosed check passed for a partial fix that moves only 'closed = true'
ahead of CloseConnection() while the statements are still disposed after it,
which still loses data. Open a second connection from the reader connection's
Closed event instead: that runs while Close() is still executing, which is
exactly when a second native instance would be created if the reader's
statements were still alive. The test then checks that no committed row is
lost on reopen.

Deterministic, single-threaded, about 100 ms. Verified locally (native 1.5.5,
Linux): passes on develop, fails every run with the old order and with the
closed-only variant ('Expected value to be 2, but found 1').
