Upgrade dependencies to latest majors (#103)

* Upgrade dependencies to latest majors

Fixes the macOS release signing failure. electron-builder 26.15.3 passed
the .p12 import password to `security set-key-partition-list`, where the
keychain's own unlock password belongs. Older macOS runner images did not
enforce the unlock on that call, so it worked until the macos-26 image was
rebuilt between v0.0.15 (2026-07-10, green) and v0.0.16 (2026-09-25), which
started rejecting it with "SecKeychainUnlock: passphrase is not correct".
26.16.1 fixed it upstream; no signing secret was ever wrong.

Note that electron-builder's `latest` dist-tag still points at the broken
26.15.3 — the fix ships on the `v26` tag, which is why `npm outdated` never
flagged it.

Two deliberately held back:

- typescript stays on 6.0.3. typescript-eslint 8.70.1 peers on
  `typescript >=4.8.4 <6.1.0` and no release supports 7 yet, so taking
  TypeScript 7 would mean dropping type-aware linting.
- @types/node stays on the 24 major to match the Node 24 LTS the workflow
  runs, as the existing dependabot ignore rule intends.

Electron 44 removed the typed clipboard writers in favour of the
W3C-modelled async clipboard.write(ClipboardItem[]); copyImage now
re-encodes through the decoded bitmap to PNG. Renaming the vitest config
to .mts clears the Vite warning about ESM syntax in a CommonJS-loaded
config, which becomes the default in a future major.

Verified: typecheck, lint, 273 tests, 100% line and branch coverage, and a
local `make dist-mac` packaging run on electron-builde... (continued)
