Add html-doc-overlay and update cookbook contribution rules (#662)

* fix(cookbook): honor AGTERMCTL in claude-recap

the recap script now accepts a CLI path through `AGTERMCTL`, so readers can select a binary outside PATH without editing the script.

* feat(cookbook): add html-doc-overlay and update recipe rules

`/agdoc` turns the current topic into a themed HTML page using three templates and opens it in an agterm overlay. The layout rules now cover standalone skills and their supporting files, matching this recipe and `two-agent-chat`; executable-bit guidance also covers sourced files and interpreter-run tests.

* fix(cookbook): read html-doc-overlay state from the session's own window

show.sh read `tree` without `--window`, which reports only the frontmost window, so switching windows while /agdoc wrote the page made the script report the session missing and never show it. It now passes `--window "$AGTERM_WINDOW_ID"`. The skill no longer pre-approves every agtermctl command, since only show.sh talks to agterm.

* fix(cookbook): address the session's own socket in html-doc-overlay

agtermctl never reads AGTERM_SOCKET, so show.sh's bare calls in a second agterm instance reached the socket of the one already running and could close or replace a page there. Every call now passes `--socket "$AGTERM_SOCKET"` when the session has one.

* docs(cookbook): qualify the socket note in html-doc-overlay

the README and the show.sh comment said a bare call would reach the running instance. An instance started with its own `AGTERM_STATE_DIR` already resolves correctly, so they now say it can, and that the socket is passed only when set.

* docs(skill): clarify session socket and HTML read-back targeting

the general socket guidance could send calls to another instance despite the version section warning. Require the session socket when set, and name the owning window when reading an HTML overlay back so switching windows does not hide the page from tree.
