Pull #126

github

Github actions: pin ubuntu to 24.04

For some reason, the step for posting the results to coveralls was run
with ubuntu-latest, even though the rest of the tests use ubuntu-24.04.
Pin the former to 24.04 as well so that it won't change on whatever day
Github decides to migrate it to 26.04.
