fix!: string-serialize the iota_names u64s in JSON (#1463)

* fix: string-serialize the iota_names u64s in JSON

Table.size and both expiration_timestamp_ms fields were the only u64s
skipping the crate's u64-as-string JSON convention (JS safety); BCS is
untouched. Item from #1342.
