feat(mavftp gui): add two-panel flight-controller file browser

Add a Tkinter browser for remote MAVFTP and local files with directory navigation, sorting, context actions, and recursive uploads and downloads. Run remote work off the Tk thread and show progress and per-entry results.

Keep transfer planning and workers independent of Tk, with an injectable task runner for tests. Validate remote paths and local entry names, check download conflicts, and skip uploads beneath directories that could not be created.

Serialize MAVFTP operations, scale upload deadlines with file size, and retry once after a definite missing-path reply invalidates cached remote parents. Integrate the browser with the parameter editor and add documentation, screenshots, and regression tests.
