Removed DbConnection from protected X509CertificateDatabase APIs

No implementation ever used the DbConnection argument - they all already
call X509CertificateDatabase.CreateCommand(). Passing the raw connection
was a trap: a subclass calling connection.CreateCommand() directly would
silently bypass ExecuteWithinTransaction() since the returned command
would not be enlisted in the active transaction.

Removed the DbConnection parameter from GetSelectCommand,
GetSelectAllCrlsCommand, GetInsertCommand, GetUpdateCommand,
GetDeleteCommand, GetTableColumns, CreateTable, AddTableColumn,
CreateIndex and RemoveIndex and updated all subclasses accordingly. The
constructors continue to take a DbConnection.

This resolves the "For MimeKit v5.0" TODO in X509CertificateDatabase.cs.
