Harden 2.0.0 release: concurrency, multi-node locking resilience, and Jackson bundling (#135)

* fix: harden 2.0.0 release for stability, concurrency, and multi-node resilience

- Retain upload lock during getUploadedBytes() streaming via LockHoldingInputStream
- Fix lock acquisition race condition in TusFileUploadService by checking progress under lock
- Catch and normalize unexpected RuntimeExceptions to RFC 7807/Tus error responses
- Guard against underflow in DiskStorageService byte truncation
- Close FileChannel on lock acquisition failure in FileBasedLock to avoid descriptor leaks
- Promote Jackson dependencies to compile scope to eliminate NoClassDefFoundError in standalone setups
- Lift clock skew safety margin (2000ms) to AbstractLeaseLockingService across Disk and S3 backends
- Enforce strict ownerKey matching during partial upload concatenation in Azure Blob and S3
- Abort active stream immediately upon lease ownership loss in LeaseFileUploadLock and S3UploadLock
- Document RustFS alongside MinIO in S3 docs
- Update AGENTS.md with Google Java Style column limit and natural comment formatting guidelines

* test: increase test coverage across Azure, S3, and core utility classes

* fix: Nullpointer reliability issue
