ed: current line value incorrect after move (#1060)

After moving a range of lines, the current line number needs to reflect the final line moved. The implementation in edMove() was not correct for the case where the destination line is after the range being moved. Adjust the calculation of $CurrentLineNum to not count the deleted lines before $dst.

edMove() also implements the copy command (t). When copying a range of lines, the original lines are not deleted so the $CurrentLineNum calculation was correct.
