Ignore test artefacts wherever pytest leaves them (#896)

The patterns for the generated caches and kernels were anchored to test/,
so they only matched when pytest ran with test/ as its working directory.
Running `python -m pytest test/` from the repository root instead drops the
same files at the root, where nothing matched them and `git add -A` would
pick them up.

Drop the test/ anchors rather than duplicate the patterns: a pattern with
no slash matches at any depth, so these now cover both invocations. Name
the remaining generated files too, found by running the suite against a
pristine tree and listing what was left untracked.

Kept narrow deliberately. A bare *.c or *.h would be shorter but would mask
tracked sources such as ffcx/codegeneration/ufcx.h.
