storagecapabilities: add OpenEBS Replicated PV Mayastor (#4286)

CDI had no entry for any OpenEBS provisioner, so every OpenEBS
StorageClass produced an empty StorageProfile and reported the
Recognized condition as UnrecognizedProvisioner, leaving users to
hand-write spec.claimPropertySets.

Mayastor supports RWX only for Block volumes, and only when the
StorageClass opts in with the rwxBlock parameter (OpenEBS v4.5.0+,
added for KubeVirt live migration). The CSI controller rejects
MULTI_NODE_MULTI_WRITER otherwise:

Since the opt-in is per StorageClass, key the capabilities off that
parameter the way driver.longhorn.io/migratable already does, rather
than advertising RWX for every Mayastor class. Classes that did not
opt in keep RWO block/filesystem, which holds for all Mayastor
versions.

No clone strategy is advised: the driver reports no CLONE_VOLUME
capability and rejects a volume content source, but does support
snapshots, which is what the existing default already picks when a
VolumeSnapshotClass is present.
