fix(frontend): stop bundling a second, full copy of Vue

vuedraggable 4.1.0 publishes only a UMD build whose factory does
require("vue"). Vite's CJS interop honours vue's exports["."].require and
lands on dist/vue.cjs.prod.js, which is the *full* build: the runtime plus the
template compiler. So the bundle shipped a duplicate of the whole of Vue
alongside @vue/compiler-core and @vue/compiler-dom, purely to satisfy
vuedraggable's require.

Measured on a production build (npm run build), before -> after:

  new Function("Vue" in dist/assets/                 1 ->         0
  sourcemaps with source vue/dist/vue.cjs.prod.js    1 ->         0

  npm run test:unit                     1275 passed | 237 skipped -> unchanged
