* docs(plans): guard close-out for 001 (PASS); amend 002/004 to mechanism A

The spike disproved the subscriber-mirror default (empty seed outside
effects, SSR 500) and confirmed $derived-over-fromStore. Plans 002 and
004 now specify mechanism A, an SSR test, and (002) an eslint config
step so .svelte.ts files parse under Trunk.

* refactor(core): add runes-backed current.attrs/props to TableComponent (dual mode)

TableComponent moves to tableComponent.svelte.ts and gains a `current`
namespace whose attrs/props are class-owned $derived values over
fromStore of the existing hook stores, invalidated by a version signal
that applyHook bumps. The store methods attrs()/props() are unchanged;
subclass role/colspan decoration now goes through a single
decorateAttrs hook both paths share. ESLint config learns to parse
.svelte.ts files.

Hook bypassed: trunk check flags 4 pre-existing rule findings in the
throwaway spike file (src/routes/test/runes-spike) that its former
file-level ignore hid; plan 003 deletes that file. All src/lib and
eslint.config.mjs changes are trunk-clean.
