feat: delete a message from this phone (#62)

A "Delete from this phone" button under every message on the
conversation screen, below Reply and Forward. It asks first, and the
confirmation says what it does not do: nothing is unsent, everyone else
keeps their copy, and the intergroup keeps its own record. It is Clear
messages for one message, and like that it never tells the server.

What stays behind is the message's id and the id it answered, nothing
more, for two reasons:

- Conversations are walked through reply_to, so deleting the middle of
  an exchange would otherwise cut it in two. Build() now walks through
  a deleted message's pointer, and when the first message is the one
  deleted the earliest one left heads the conversation.
- A message to a committee the member sits on arrives back under the
  same id, so SaveAsync refuses an id that was deleted.

Deleting the newest received message raises the poll mark to where it
was, so the next sync does not fetch it straight back. A sent id never
moves the mark, since raising it past a sent id could skip an inbox
message that reached the server just before it.

Deleting the message a conversation was opened on keeps the screen on
another message in it; deleting the last one returns to the list.
