perf: filter functions by path before looking up counters in generate_subreport (#84)

generate_subreport looked up every function's profile counters and
allocated its path list before applying the predicate. On large
instrumented binaries most functions come from dependencies the
predicate rejects, so almost all of that work was thrown away.

Resolve and filter each filenames_ref once per object, and look up
counters only for accepted functions. Output is unchanged: the same
report digest before and after on real binaries. Reporting a 45 MB test
binary alongside ten ~2.5 GB instrumented binaries (tarpaulin passes
every non-test executable as an extra object) goes from 14.7 s to 6.1 s.
