Regenerate OpenAPI docs and SDK for auth config (#6724)

The upstream RedirectURI doc comment in pkg/authserver/config.go is part
of a type the OpenAPI generator embeds in the server schema. It was
rewritten by the browser-binding fix without running task docs, so the
generated swagger and Go SDK descriptions lag the source and the Docgen
check fails on every branch cut from main, including the v0.51.3 release
PR. Generated output only; no schema change.
