* resources: fix Pro-Lights CromoWash100 and Stairville CLB2.4 against their manuals

Pro-Lights CromoWash100 (manual section 3.12 and 1.3):
- colour macro 151-170 read "R: Down / G: Down / B: 100% R: 100% / G: 100% / B: 100%",
  two ranges pasted together; the manual gives "R: Down / G: Down / B: 100%"
- control 200-219 is the fixture reset; tag it with the ResetAll preset
- the manual gives more than 2800 lm from 37 x 3W RGB LEDs, not 4500 lm

Stairville CLB2.4 Compact LED PAR System: the lens was 0-0 degrees; the
manual's technical data gives a 30 degree beam angle.

* Change bulb type to generic LED in fixture file
